All products sold on Jason Lee Rogers Art are made to order and fulfilled by our professional print partner Prodigi.

Processing time

Each order is produced specifically for you.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs depend on the product type and destination and are calculated at checkout.
We ship to multiple countries worldwide.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier:

  • Germany: approx. 3–7 business days

  • European Union: approx. 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: approx. 5–10 business days

  • International: approx. 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs processing

  • weather conditions

  • or other circumstances beyond our control

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery delays lies with the carrier.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jasonrogers.ca@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will work with our fulfillment partner Prodigi to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Bearbeitungszeit

Jede Bestellung wird individuell für dich hergestellt.
Bitte plane eine Produktionszeit von 2–5 Werktagen ein, bevor deine Bestellung versendet wird.

Die Versandkosten richten sich nach Produkttyp und Lieferziel und werden im Checkout angezeigt.
Wir versenden in zahlreiche Länder weltweit.

Nach Übergabe an den Versanddienstleister liegt die Verantwortung für die Zustellung beim jeweiligen Carrier.

Zoll- und Einfuhrabgaben

Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der Europäischen Union können Zölle, Steuern oder Einfuhrgebühren anfallen.
Diese Kosten sind vom Käufer zu tragen und nicht im Produktpreis oder den Versandkosten enthalten.

Beschädigte oder verlorene Sendungen

Sollte deine Bestellung beschädigt ankommen oder auf dem Versandweg verloren gehen, kontaktiere uns bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Zustellung unter jasonrogers.ca@gmail.com und füge deine Bestellnummer sowie Fotos des Problems bei.
Wir arbeiten in diesem Fall eng mit unserem Fulfillment-Partner Prodigi zusammen, um eine Lösung zu finden.
